1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Compaiser services ("the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Service description
Compaiser provides AI-powered venture building services, including but not limited to: predictive analytics, process automation, software development, and strategic consulting for creating and scaling technology companies.
3. Acceptable use
Prohibited:
- Using the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data of other users
- Reverse engineering our AI models
- Overloading or interfering with platform infrastructure
- Sharing access credentials with unauthorized third parties
4. Intellectual property
All content, code, AI models, designs and materials of the platform are the exclusive property of Compaiser. Clients retain ownership of their data and generated outputs, but grant Compaiser a license to use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our services.
5. Limitation of liability
Compaiser shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance via the platform or by email.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
